  9. Deoiling Line:It cools the products and quickly removes surface oil by means of fans, producing less greasy French fries with better texture.
  10. Quick Freezing Machine:It rapidly lowers the internal temperature of French fries below -18 °C to realize quick freezing and minimize nutrient loss, and usually adopts fluidized bed freezing or liquid nitrogen freezing technology to ensure fast and uniform freezing.
