The number “75” in the model designation represents a main PE pipe diameter of 75 mm, while the number “300” indicates a main pipe length of 300 m. It is a medium-sized winch-type sprinkler irrigation system and enjoys great popularity in the agricultural machinery market.

Type: Mobile winch reel sprinkler irrigation machine, consisting of a winch main unit, 75 mm × 300 m high-pressure PE pipe, hydraulic turbine/electric drive, sprinkler trolley (frame and spray gun), automatic pipe winding system and parking protection device. Working principle: The water pump pressurizes the water supply, driving the hydraulic turbine to operate the winch and wind up the pipeline. The sprinkler trolley travels at a constant speed for water spraying to simulate natural rainfall.

Applications: Suitable for field crops (wheat, corn, cotton), orchards and pastures on plains or gentle slopes. It is ideal for small and medium-sized agricultural farms due to its combination of high working efficiency and flexible mobility.

Product Introduction

It is a key component of the sprinkler irrigation system and adopts Italian technology. It delivers outstanding corrosion resistance and high hydraulic efficiency. It is mainly composed of a turbine, an internal speed control valve, a turbine housing and a water inlet; all core components are made of stainless steel. Its designed flow rate ranges from 13 to 60 tons per hour with a wide adjustment range, and the impeller speed is between 200 and 1000 rpm.

The inlet water flow of the turbine can be adjusted by changing the valve opening, enabling stepless regulation of the pipe retraction speed. The running speed can be read directly from the speedometer. Subject to water supply conditions and pressure, the retraction speed of the PE pipe can be adjusted from 6 to 100 meters per hour. The maximum inlet water pressure of the turbine shall not exceed 1.1 MPa.

4-Speed Multifunctional Gearbox

The gearbox adopts a gear transmission structure, which transmits power directly to the winch through gears to achieve four-speed adjustment. A band brake is fitted to prevent the winch from sudden reverse rotation when the PE pipe reaches the end of its travel.

Guiding and Speed Adjustment Device

The guiding device consists of a drive unit made up of left and right oblique threaded screws and nuts. Its forward and reverse movement ensures the PE pipes are neatly arranged in each winding layer.

Sprinkler Trolley

The sprinkler trolley is a two-wheeled assembly equipped with sprinklers. It is pulled by the PE pipeline to perform irrigation operations. After each irrigation cycle, the sprinkler trolley automatically lifts to the transport position, and the transmission system disengages automatically via a coupling mechanism, halting the rotation of the rotary platform. When the sprinkler trolley rises automatically and the drive system is disconnected, it is enclosed by a protective frame for transportation. Once the operation is completed, the machine can be relocated to the next working site.

Pump Unit

JP series reel-type sprinkler irrigation machines adopt simple lift irrigation mode. The water supply can be provided by a pressurized pipeline or a water pump. The pump can be driven by a diesel engine, an electric motor or a tractor. Based on local water source conditions and available power types in rural areas, four power configuration options have been developed. Users may select the most suitable option according to their actual demands, or equip a custom power source in compliance with the machine’s performance specifications.
