Introduction to JP75-500 (75-500) Winch-Type Sprinkler Irrigation Machine: The number “75” in the model designation represents a main PE pipe diameter of 75 mm, while the number “500” stands for a main pipe length of 500 m. This is a medium-sized winch-driven sprinkler irrigation system and enjoys great popularity in the agricultural machinery market.

Type: Mobile winch-type reel sprinkler irrigation machine, consisting of a winch main unit, 75 mm × 500 m high-pressure PE pipe, hydraulic turbine/electric drive, sprinkler trolley (frame and spray gun), automatic pipe winding system and parking protection device. Working principle: A water pump pressurizes the water supply, driving the hydraulic turbine to operate the winch and wind up the pipeline. The sprinkler trolley moves at a constant speed and sprays water to simulate natural rainfall.

Applications: Suitable for field crops (wheat, corn, cotton), orchards and pastures on plains or gentle slopes. It balances high efficiency and flexible mobility, making it ideal for small and medium-sized agricultural farms.

Product Introduction

It is a key component of the sprinkler irrigation system adopting Italian technology. It features excellent corrosion resistance and high hydraulic efficiency. It mainly consists of a turbine, an internal speed control valve, a turbine housing and a water inlet; the core components are made of stainless steel. Its designed flow rate ranges from 13 to 60 T/h with a wide control range, and the impeller speed varies from 200 to 1000 rpm.

The water flow entering the turbine is adjusted by changing the valve opening, enabling stepless regulation of the retraction speed. The speed can be read on a speedometer. Depending on the water supply and pressure, the retraction speed of the PE pipe can be adjusted from 6 to 100 meters per hour. The maximum inlet water pressure of the turbine shall not exceed 1.1 MPa.

4‑Speed Multifunctional Gearbox

The gearbox adopts a gear transmission structure, which transmits power directly to the winch via gears, enabling 4‑speed regulation. To prevent the winch from suddenly reversing when the PE pipe is fully retracted, a band brake is installed.

Guiding and Speed Adjustment Device

The guiding device consists of a drive unit composed of left‑hand and right‑hand oblique threaded screws and nuts. Its forward and reverse movement ensures that the PE pipe is perfectly aligned on each layer.

Sprinkler Trolley

The sprinkler trolley is a two-wheeled mechanism fitted with sprinklers. It is towed by the PE pipeline to carry out irrigation operations. After each irrigation cycle, the sprinkler trolley automatically rises to the transport position, and the transmission system disengages automatically via a coupling mechanism, stopping the rotation of the rotary platform. When the sprinkler trolley lifts automatically and the drive is disconnected, it is protected by a protective frame for transportation. Upon completion of operation, the machine can be moved to the next working site.

Water Pump Unit

JP series reel sprinkler irrigation machines adopt simple lift irrigation mode. The water supply can be a pressurized pipeline or a water pump. The pump can be driven by a diesel engine, an electric motor or a tractor. Based on local water sources and available power types in rural areas, four power configuration options have been developed. Users can select the most suitable one according to their actual needs, or equip an independent power source by themselves in line with the machine’s performance requirements.
